Diamond Rewards Peacock Activation

Hello, 

I am an Xfinity Diamond Rewards member and recently received an email to claim Peacock Premium at no extra cost. 

When I log into my Xfinity account, I don't have this option on my Rewards Dashboard.  The direct link that bypasses the portal returns an "account isn't eligible" error.

I'm using my primary Xfinity ID, but it appears something is out of sync between my account and the email received.

Could some one have a look at my account to see what the problem might be?
