Diamond rewards and peacock

I am a diamond rewards member, and select the Peacock offer. I followed the ‘activate Peacock’ link only to get a page that says my account is not eligible. Everything leading up to that point says that it is. How do I get this fixed?

It will be fastest if we access your account, verify your Xfinity Rewards status, verify the correct codes in our billing system, and walk you through signing up. I waited a day and tried again. It went through that time. Either they announced the deal before they were ready, or it takes longer than anticipated for eligibility info to transfer from xfinity to peacock.

I need help activating my free Peacock subscription as well.  I have it as "Claimed" in my Xfinity Rewards section.  I'm a Platinum member.  I never received and activation email and every time I try to click activate from the Rewards page I get sent to a webpage that says, 

"We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer"

Hello,

I am a Diamond rewards member who also signed up for Peacock Premium the other day. I had a subscription to Peacock Premium which ended the same day (cancelled the same day as I clicked on the offer). I did not receive an email yesterday so I clicked on the hyperlink to activate service and received the same message as the posters in this thread. 

I have contacted support and there is a ticket outstanding. Please advise as I would like to signup.

@user_yr3960 Welcome to our community forum! I definitely want to make sure you're able to access your Peacock subscription. Do you happen to remember the Email address you first used to sign up for Peacock? It doesn't necessarily have to be the Email that's associated with your Xfinity account. Once we can find the correct Email address, you will no longer see that error.

I am also a diamond rewards member and when I click on the Peacock offer in my rewards, there is no link to activate the reward.  It simply gives generic information and then has an exit button.  How do I activate the free Peacock offer?

Actually, by typing the address vs clicking on the link, i was able to access the page.  However, when I set up an account it shows as not subscribed and having to pay $5.99/month.   Is there a code for the free peacock offer?
