Diamond Reward: Peacock Stuck in "Already Active" Loop but won't load on TV
I am an Xfinity Diamond Rewards member. My account status shows that Peacock Premium is 'already active,' but the service will not load on my television. When I attempt to open the Peacock app on my Xfinity box, it prompts me to sign in and then asks for credit card information to start a new subscription.
I have already tried the following:
Cleared cookies and local storage on the Xfinity box.
Signed out of all devices on my Peacock account.
Checked the Xfinity Assistant, but no activation banner appears.
Attempted the /activate-peacock link, which says I am already active.
It appears my account entitlements are not syncing correctly to the TV app. Please help me manually re-provision my Peacock subscription so I can access it on my television without being asked for payment.
