Diamond Member (since 1992) stuck in Peacock loop (Error PPG_0017)
I am a Diamond member since September 1992. I am stuck in a circular 'Already Linked' loop for Peacock Premium. I have cleared my old Peacock billing and updated my primary email to my mac.com address, but the digital tools have failed for 15+ hours. Please open an ECM ticket to manually reset my Peacock entitlement on the backend so I can re-link it.

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
