Deprovision my Xfinity STREAM Account
I need to remove unauthorized users from accessing my Xfinity Stream app account. They are signed in under my user name and password. I have changed my password and to no avail that did not work. The only way to remove them is to log them out. I do not have access to their device to physically log them out myself and they refuse to log out....why would they when they are receiving free television service.
Please deprovision all the devices logged into my XFINITY STREAM account. Let me know if I need to direct message someone at Xfinity as that was the advice given to other users to be able to successfully solve this same issue.
Thank you for you help.

Good Evening @user_a313a3, thanks so much for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums with this de-provision request. Yes, please send us a Direct(Private) Message and we'll assist with removing all personal devices from the account.
To send a direct message (private message);
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
