Dads personal comcast email got deleted from secondary user list, he is the main account holder

This is a hard one to explain but my dad had a secondary user and he is also the primary user where me and my mom have our accounts. The account with his personal comcast email had our landline on there as the phone number but the landline hasn’t been active for years and the line got cut when we had work done to the house. I must’ve accidentally deleted that account the other day when trying to reset my email password. He just called the customer care number and they insisted that the landline needs to be connected to verify it is him. Is there anyway to recover the email without having to verify through the landline that will probably never be active again? I tried sending him an email and it can’t even be delivered, please help as I feel extremely bad about this

Howdy user_mlb6k0 👋 I definitely understand the conundrum you're in with your dad's email, but you're in the right place for help and I appreciate you stopping by! The last thing we'd want is for their email to be gone for good, and as long as the email itself was still in regular use, there certainly shouldn't have been any reason for it to be deleted completely despite your password reset request. To clarify, is your comcast email you're using also on the same account as your dads you're unable to send to?
