“Customize my plan” never works

I have tried for years and this option never works. Is the company doing this on purpose to force us to speak with another aggressive agent who does not listen, tries to upsell, or lies about future costs? It’s quite suspicious that others complain of the same issue

Could you please let us know what specific errors or issues you’re encountering when you attempt to use it?

The app doesn’t allow for changes. I had to call and the agent (or system) signed me up for a bunch of stuff I did not consent to. I was very careful not to sign up for paperless billing but alas, they forced it through, sent my bill to different email, auto debited my account also without consent and charged me $60 more than what was promised. When I noticed the charge, I tried to change the settings in the app and again and so conveniently for Comcast, I was unable to make any changes. Please escalate this asap. I want my money back and the plan I was promised. Last year I was promised an iPad under false pretenses too. This company has a terrible history with taking advantage of consumers and it needs to stop.
