Customer service language

When I call customer service (800) 266-2278 it’s in Spanish with no option to switch to English. Went to one of your stores and they said former owner of my phone number had Spanish as a default and they’re unable to change it. So every time I have an issue I have to go to a store.  How can I change the default language when I call?
