Credit for outage

I would like a credit for the outage in my neighborhood today. Took all of my equipment offline and now I'm having to reset everything

The quickest way to receive a credit for a service interruption is by requesting a credit from the Xfinity Assistant. If you qualify for a credit, it will be applied within 10 minutes after submitting the request! Please let us know if you need further assistance afterwards!
