Create an account for the PRIMARY account holder

Hello, 

Our family has had an Xfinity account for several years.  My father is the PRIMARY account holder, however he never made an account.  I have always managed the bill and the service, and I am the only one that has an Xfinity account, but am listed as a MANAGER.  I am trying to help him create his own account, but it loops me back to saying we already have an account (mine), and I cannot create another because I am only a manager.  

How do I help him create his own account? I was trying to speak with the XFINITY assistant, but wouldn't even let me speak with a live agent.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_ggbgjx. If your Father is listed as the primary account holder on the account, there are a couple of options to create an account in his name. He could transfer ownership of the account over to you, there is a request that we can submit for that, or you can visit a service center to have that submitted. We can also set up an account in his name at a different address from here if needed. Can you send me a direct message with your name, the account holders name and the complete address for your service?

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
