Crashed while setting up account
As I was setting up an account the system crashed. I got an email asking me to confirm my email address, but after that confirmation I am taken to an xfinity home page where I cannot login. Every time I try it just reloads and asks me to login again. If I try to use the virtual assistant it asks for my zip code over and over again. I don’t even know if my account was completely set up, if I will ever receive a modem or router, anything.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
