Corporate Housing with multiple accounts
I work for a furnished housing company and we have a total of 41 accounts with Xfinity. Currently, I don't have access to 11 of those accounts because I don't have 41 different phone numbers to set up Xfinity IDs with. If I want my accounts added, I have to submit a request, wait for someone from the "security team" to call me (which is typically not at a convenient time) and sit on the phone and manually add each and every account with them which is very time consuming.
This is so beyond frustrating to deal with that I resorted to just calling the automated system with the account numbers and setting them up for auto pay without ever being able to actually log into the accounts. Now, Xfinity does not allow you to pay your bill/set up auto pay over the phone, you have to sign into your account. So, now I have accounts that I can't access and can't pay the bill for.
Xfinity has created a custom Corporate Housing portal specifically for these kind of accounts, yet completely overlooks the fact we can't set up said accounts if we don't have a new phone number to use with each account. This really needs to be fixed - there has to be a different way to verify accounts and set up Xfinity IDs.
