Contract end date

Where can I find the end date for my internet contract? It's not on the xfinity app, my bill, or xfinity.com.

Hello @rmduhon73. All customers will see bill messaging on their third page about their promotional pricing and its end date. This applies to promotions for all lines of business of any duration. Note that there is no promotional messaging for discounts provided on installments, one-time charges and/or for discounts that do not have end dates. Below are possible messages customers will see on their bill, depending on what will happen when their promotion ends.

I looked on the bill, on the app, and on the website. I stated that on the first post. The only dates that are on the bill is the billing cycle, the due date, and the date that my bill will be going up $3. There is no date for when promotional pricing will end, or when it ended, whichever the case may be. The app and the website only shows the date my bill is due.

Let's take a closer look! Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to 
“Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
