Complaint Ticket Issued Without My Knowledge
I received a notice today that a "damage complaint" had been submitted. Nor I nor my roommate submitted the complaint. I tried using the Infinity Chat to get clarification on when, how and who submitted the complaint, but the chat did not work. I could not find a customer service number to call either. I am wondering if there is a way I can cancel this ticket and ensure that my account is safe.
