Comcast arbitrarily cancels my HD upgrade on bulk service every year
My complex provides Comcast cable and we have a Comcast account with an HD upgrade package at $8.95. Every August Comcast arbitrarily cancels my HD package. Last year a rep got it reactivated for me but this year after 2 hours on chat I am no further along and they keep telling me I have to set up a new service. Based on my previous interaction I know it’s just a matter of reactivating service.. I have also confirmed that my complex still has Comcast contract. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.
