Closed account last month and already lost access to my email accounts
So just last month I've moved to an area without Comcast service so I closed my account and turned in my equipment. During the cancellation process in the store I was assured my email would remain active as long as I logged into it at least once a year. This has been my main email address for over a decade now so I use it multiple times a day for almost all of my online activities, including currently being in the process - with an active buyer contract - of selling my home. It was a secondary email which was added as a main with full access rights to my primary account, but I've never used the primary email address. Suddenly over the weekend I am no longer able to access my email on either address, primary or secondary. I can log in to the web using my credentials on both emails, but it says my account is inactive and I need to make a payment on my $0.00 balance in order to reactivate my account. I click the check email link under my username icon in the top right corner and it just cycles the page to the main Xfinity.com page. I've contacted customer service and so far they have not been able to help me. I've even reset both passwords to both emails as instructed by the reps. In the end after 20-30 minutes of being on hold/trying different login pages, they just give me a reference number and tell me to be "rest assured" that they will fix my email access and to maybe check it every hour or two. So far it has not worked. Is there any way to correct this?

Hello, @kev2774
Sorry for this inconvenience. Former Xfinity customers can still use their Xfinity Email address if they logged in to their email account using the Xfinity Email website within 90 days prior to disconnecting their Xfinity service. They will continue to have access to their email account if this condition is met; otherwise, they will lose access. For more details see: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-only-faqs
