Check in
I can't check into mY Xfinity for anything. It says my password is incorrect and that I cannot use my email to check in & I've had that password and I've had that password forever. Now it's telling me that the password is already connected to an account. YES, it's MY ACCOUNT. It's also said that I cannot use a Comcast password which is the one I've been using for years. Please help; I cannot get into my computer at all!!!!
