Check in

I can't check into mY Xfinity for anything. It says my password is incorrect and that I cannot use my email to check in & I've had that password and I've had that password forever. Now it's telling me that the password is already connected to an account. YES, it's MY ACCOUNT. It's also said that  I cannot use a Comcast password which is the one I've been using for years. Please help; I cannot get into my computer at all!!!!

user_n831wo Hi there! Have you attempted the "forgot" password option? 
 
Furthermore, your Xfinity account should not limit your computer access, are you talking about just accessing your email?

Trying to access Xfinity.  My WiFi has disappeared and now my phone can't make many calls. Do you know who I can call about my WiFi?

My neighbor below and next door are not having WiFi problems; why am I?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
