"check all offers"

I am a current and long term customer and haven't been able to "check all offers" link from change plan or anyplace on website.  I end up at this page "www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=plan-contact-us"  with text

"We're sorry.

Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help."

I can not view any package/plan.  Support chat was useless, phone support finally admitted that the ticket number is not a work order but only used to document contact with customer.  My issue has been elevated but I was explained that there is no way for a customer to find status of issue (not ticket) once elevated because it is submitted to a department that does not communicate with customers.  Browsing this forum I have found others with same issue and nothing on fixing the issue.  One person posted it had been broken 3-4 years for them.  I am trying to do comparative shopping and/or choose a different package and want to be able to view all available from comcast side by side with competitors plans and pricing.  I do not want to speak to a person on the phone in sales or retention department or play 20 questions for comcast to recomend a package.  It appears current customers are not the focus of comcast, and want to prevent me and others from downgrading or do competitive shopping.  If I log out and use a different address from a non-comcast customer I can see the plans for new customers.  Using up to date win 10 laptop, 3 different browsers all current version with all adblocking/privacy plug-ins disabled.  Can anyone who has had same issue know a work around or status or even any information or how to get information please help?

Thanks,

mark

I have the same issue. Been in contact with support for over a week with dozens of 'agents' and nobody at comcast is able to resolve this issue.
