Chat agent and transcript cant get any answers

I spent hours  on chat was told. I was getting   replacement  modem with the updated model. 

Never got this and keep going in circles  on chat for days and hours 

Can't download  any transcript  or get any answers

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Hello, 

Yes I sent a message 

This process is unbearable  at no time does any of this line up or make sense

I am expected.to be on call for xfinity  convenience to chat???

Hello, 

How  long does a customer  need to wait and or be informed  of all the questions  its been hours  I have waited  2 weeks and spent at least 4 hours for 3 days
