Changing ownership of my Xfinity account
I would like to change ownership of my Xfinity account. I tried to contact customer service but the bot cannot understand my request and does not allow me to connect to an agent. How should I proceed?

In most cases, the easiest and most straightforward way to transfer ownership to another person would be for both of you to visit a local Xfinity Store together and present proof of identity. In-store associates can provide the proper paperwork and help you complete the process while you are there. If it is not convenient to go in person, a change of ownership can also be done online.
