Changing my Service Address

I am a new Xfinity customer and just finished setting up my account, but I accidentally entered the wrong service address. It’s still in the same building, just a different apartment number. Is there a way I can change it?

Thanks for reaching out to us and joining the Xfinity family. If you've already got your account set up and you just added the wrong apartment number you can do a simple transfer of service https://www.xfinity.com/learn/moving  just go to this link click on Moving existing service and then you'll be able to sign in and enter in the correct address.

 

If you're having any trouble getting the transfer of service completed, just go ahead and send me a direct message with your first and last name and complete service address and I can help you get that transferred over to the correct department number.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
