Tap the “Account” tab in the bottom right.
Tap “Account settings”.
Click “Xfinity ID” and “Security”.
Tap Edit name under your current name.
Enter your chosen name in the First, Middle (optional), and Last name fields.
Tap Save to complete the changes.
Alternatively, you can change your name online by clicking the person icon, then navigating to Account and identity, and following similar steps to edit your name.
