Good afternoon, @user_3cf0jj! Thanks for letting us know that you have a new debit card. I understand needing to get the debit card on your account updated. This link shows how to manage your saved payment methods, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments.

 

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app.
2. Tap Account.
3. Select Bill details.
4. Tap Bill settings.
5. Select Payment method.
6. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method.

 

If you have a payment arrangement you can visit the Xfinity Assistant, https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/, and type payment arrangement. That will allow you to edit the current payment arrangement. 

 

If you need to cancel a schedule payment set up with the card that is no longer in use these steps show how, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online.

 

1. Go to the Billing page on your account, https://customer.xfinity.com/billing.
2. Scroll down to UPCOMING PAYMENTS.
3. Click the payment you need to edit or cancel.

4. Select Edit payment from the pop up.
5. Choose Manage or Cancel Payment.
6. Make the changes that you need. You will see a confirmation message on screen when the changes are confirmed.
