Change of Ownership on Account

Hi,

I'm trying to change the Xfinity account on my Mom's house from my name to hers. I originally opened the account in my name because she is disabled and doesn't leave the house. When I went to the Xfinity store they could only open the account in my name since I was there and had ID. Anyway, I filled out the Account Change Request Form (all 3 pages), had a picture of my mom's DL and went to the Xfinity store where the agent took a picture of everything. The account hasn't been changed. How can I get this transfer?

Hey there, @chimeillon

Our team is ready to help you out. I understand situations like this can be stressful especially with not know exactly where you are in the process. Let's pull up your account together and take a look! You've reached the right place for help! Can you please send us a private message with your full name and full service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
