What is the easiest way to change the ownership of the service without going to an Xfinity store?

On behalf of all of us here at Xfinity, I want to express our condolences in your husband's passing, and we will do all we can to move these services to you. Regarding ill pay, this can be done via the Xfinity App if you are already designated as an account manager without a name change.  This will help get that immediate need cared for.
