Change of account ownership due to divorce

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my Mother ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) to transfer the ownership of our active Comcast/Xfinity account from my now ex-stepdad to her. I have the account number and the divorce settlement. My mother does not have an Xfinity account yet and therefore cannot create support requests.

Please let me know how we can proceed with this, is there any Email we can get so that we send the required documents to Xfinity?

Thank you,

user_fbz013 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us for help with changing the account ownership for your mother. I'm sure this has been a difficult time for your family. I would like to help out in any way I can.
We can submit a request to our account management team and your mom can send over the needed documentation via email to have the account ownership changed over. Once the details are submitted it's usually a quick process.
For privacy, can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
