Change Legal Name of Account Holder
Hello, I'm trying to get my name changed as the account holder. I've contacted support multiple times -- no one seems to know how to accomplish this even with the website stating that I would need to request an Account Change Form. At one point I received an email for an online form, filled it out with supporting documentation, but nothing has happened in a year since I sent this info in. Can I get some assistance to get my legal name updated on my account? Thank you.

I completely understand the importance of having your name correct on your billing and I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
