change account phone number

I have a balance due and when I try to update the payment method it states that they will send me a verification code to a number I no longer have. I need to receive the verification code to my email so I can set up the new phone number and then update the payment method.

user_88us9i Thank you for stopping in for help with your verification code to update your payment method. You can update your preferred method for 2 factor authentication in your Xfinity profile. In the Xfinity app in the account tab, you will need to go to account settings. In the account settings, you can update your information in the Xfinity ID and security section. Once updated, that should allow you to receive the code where you need it.
