Change Account Ownership

Hello,

I am trying to change ownership of my xfinity internet account to my roommate as I am moving out, but he will stay with the service. I have tried using the chat and calling, but the options are unable to properly handle my request. What steps do I need to take to transfer this account? Thank you!

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
