Good morning @user_c63244, and thank you for reaching out about your ownership change request. You can do that 2 different ways. First, go into a service center with the current owner, and they can get it done for you there. I can also put in a ticket to get this done remotely in about 3-4 weeks. The ticket will have us send you an email with documents we need you to provide us to get it done on our end. Which option works best for you to do this?
No need to worry about using my name. Just use the chat feature at the top next to the bell like you did the first time. I'll get it without you having to select my name I promise.
