Change account ownership

Need to change ownership of Xfinity account from one spouse to the other.

Good morning @user_c63244, and thank you for reaching out about your ownership change request. You can do that 2 different ways. First, go into a service center with the current owner, and they can get it done for you there. I can also put in a ticket to get this done remotely in about 3-4 weeks. The ticket will have us send you an email with documents we need you to provide us to get it done on our end. Which option works best for you to do this?

At this point the ticket and emailed documents method as my wife is not in-state for the next several months.

@XfinityEricB​ how do I do that?  I'm trying to create a new direct message, but your name is not in the drop down selector.  do i just select the global Xfinity Support ?
