Can't View Bill, Talk To Customer Service, Can't Open App
Two months ago I moved into a new house and set up a basic xfinity wifi plan. Since then, I haven't been able to view my bill, contact customer service, or login to the app. Apart from the 40 dollars or whatever I paid to initialize the service, I've yet to be charged even though I opted for automatic payment. I don't understand how any of the issues I'm facing is even possible considering how large of a corporation comcast is.
On the Xfinity website, I'll move the cursor to my name on the top right, click view my bill on the drop down menu, and it takes me to a blank page.
I'll call the customer service number and it'll tell me my zip code isn't valid. Then it tells me that my phone number is not linked to an account, even though it is.
I'll open the app and login, only to see "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?". I'll try again, but whoop-de-doo it's broken.
I honestly don't even think I have the ability to cancel my account right now. My experience with xfinity has been absolutely atrocious and i need someone to message/call me immediately so I can get this situated.
