can't verify my email

I keep re-sending the verification email through the website and I am not receiving it in my inbox or spam/junk folder.

 

I'm using a Microsoft Outlook email if that matters. Any idea why I can't receive the verification email? I even called into a local Xfinity branch office to see if a rep on their side could do it, nope.

Hi everyone,

 

We were able to fix @rknight-'s issue by setting up a workaround as our systems cannot send out invites with "-" in the handle, so we added a gmail to his account, and set up in gmail forwarding to his outlook.

Hi @rknight- can you private message me by clicking on my name, and we'll take a look? I don't seem to see any emails triggered in the account history, but if you can message me your email I can try to add it to your account.
