Can't Unlink Member Account

My roommate is the primary user on our account, and I am moving out. I don't want to be on the account anymore, but when I click "unlink" I just get a message that says "something unexpected happened". As just a member (not the primary, and don't even have access to payments and such) there should not be any reason I am unable to unlink.

user_tqlhjs Thank you so much for stopping in for help with removing your Xfinity profile from your account. The unlink option would be if you have the same user ID set up to manage more than one account. If there is not already another service account attached, the unlink option would not work. I would recommend having the current primary user remove your profile. The How to remove an Xfinity ID support page would help with that.

Thank you for that, I will have the primary try to remove me. I will say though, that my ID is a “member” account for two different accounts/addresses, and I am only trying to unlink one of them, so I did think it would work.
