Can't sign into new account after placing an order for an internet plan

I can't sign into my account after ordering an internet plan. When I enter my username and password, it sends me back to the home page in a never ending loop and can't view any of my account details. I also haven't received a confirmation email of my order so I don't even know if it offically went through or not.

I see after placing an order online, you can't access your profile. I'm sorry to hear about the headache, but you are in good hands. We are a full-service team, and we will do our best to help. To be safe, I would visit the Xfinity ID Look-Up Tool to ensure you have the correct login. The confirmation email will typically generate just a bit after, and I would check your spam folder too in case it was routed there.

I used the look-up tool and it seems that I don't have an Xfinity ID linked to the email that I used for the order so I'm not sure exactly what happened. When I thought I had put the order through, I did notice that the address didn't include my apartment number. I just assumed that was normal for the building I live in.

When I look up the information linked to this profile, I didn't see a pending order. It's very likely the apartment number could have been the issue. I would suggest placing the order again using the full-service address. If you run into any trouble, we can always take over.
