Can't Sign Into My Account

I recently setup an Xfinity ID and placed an order for internet service. I never received a confirmation email, and I can't sign in to my account. I tried to search for my Xfinity ID but received the message, "This information doesn't match our records." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you did not receive a confirmation it may be that the order did not go through properly (sometimes it can be due to the location not being active before) We can check for your order and help you complete this and your new XfinityID. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
