Can’t sign in.

At first XFinity didn’t recognize my password. Changed it and tried to sign in with it and then it didn’t recognize my sign in. Then I tried using the auto sign in and the system entered my sign in as I had typed it but wouldn’t take password or my key. So still can’t get signed in

user_xxl6mi, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be signing into your account. Thank you for also sharing some of the steps you've done. Have you done the forgot password option yet? Easiest thing that have also helped me in the past is using my phone number for my Xfinity ID. It helps keep it a bit more simplistic.
