Can't sign in to Xfinity app
I'm trying to get internet at my house. I made an account last night and bought an internet plan, got an order confirmation email and everything. When I try to sign in to the app it tells me "Access not Authorized".

@Tandry Have you created an Xfinity ID when you initially set up service? Are you able to manage your account through xfinity.com?
