Can't sign in to Xfinity account

I've been trying to sign in to my account and nothing is working, not between different browsers, clearing my cache/cookies, or anything else. What's going on with the website?

Are you a new customer?  If so, has your internet or cable been set up and started?  If not, you won't be able to sign in to your account until that is set up.

I have two email accounts, old one works fine, new (5+ years) old stopped working but gives me a message to reset. [Edit: Removed Private Information]

Hi @user_cu2z2f,

I see you're having an issue similar to the OP. I appreciate you reaching out on this thread as well. To confirm, are both these profiles tied to the same account? Have you tried to reset the "newer" email password to see if this will help?
