Can't sign in to anything Xfinity on Google.

I was watching something on Stream and it signed me out, now when I try to sign in it says, "The Xfinity ID you entered was incorrect. Please try again."

I have tried numerous times, I even went through find your Xfinity ID, which was correct and the same as my sign in, but still says it's incorrect. This is only on Google Chrome.

@hevy Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can make sure you're able to enjoy all your favorite content with Xfinity Stream! What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you cleared cache and cookies in your Chrome browser settings?

My email is literally your user name.  I've been using hevy for well over 15 years.

@XfinityKassie​ I was just stating I was having the exact same issue as the other hevy when trying to login with my email which is the OPs name as a comcast email address.  It will randomly kick me off streaming then when I try to login on the PC I get the message "The xfinity ID you entered is incorrect. Please try again."  This usually resolves itself in time but it's a pain when you're mid show and kicked off for no reason then can't log back in for an hour, I'm using Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge for the browser.

Nhevy We appreciate you sharing your experience that you are having. I can see how that would be frustrating when trying to enjoy your services. The OP mentioned they are using Google Chrome. Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies that was suggested by my peer, along with restarting your device?

@XfinityKassie​ Just happened again, kicked off for no reason then unable to login for 30 minutes.  I'm going to go out on a limb and say since the other guy has the exact same issue and on another browser that this is an Xfinity issue and not a "me" issue.  It literally won't even recognize my email as my user name for some reason.

I was just having this problem. Deleting all the xfinity cookies and the "demdex" cookies with "comcast" in their name fixed it.

Deleting my cookies solved my login problem.
