Can't remove stream saver package

Just as my header says, no matter what I do I cannot remove the service from my plan and I want it gone. I would rather pay the mouse directly than deal with an app that barely works and a service that barely lets me manage my own account without multiple errors and having to contact customer service (who are inept and do not understand the words "STOP OFFERRING ME PRODUCTS I AM TRYING TO REMOVE ONE")

No, you misunderstand. As much as I want that aspect off my plan, I also want this [Edited: "Profanity"] company to actually make it possible for me to manage my plan when it gives me a button that says I can. Having to send a separate email and jump through hoops is not alright, when there is an app we are supposed to be able to manage our service from. So, wanna try this again? I want the button that tells me I can manage my account to actually allow me to do so and not be a lie that makes me jump through 8 other hoops to achieve one thing!

I will do my best to help you with your concern. If you would, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

For an example of how to send us a Direct Message, check out this link.
