Can't remove account manager or change to viewer. Need help

I'm trying to remove an account manager from my account and it will not let me because it says they have an auto payment scheduled. This person has not been involved in the account for years and I just want to remove them so they don't have access to see or change my billing. 

I am the primary account holder and my bank account is linked for autopay and there are no other payment methods on file. Please, someone help me get this resolved!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
