Posts from that account are being removed because that is not an Official Employee username and shouldn't be replying to any posts.

Hi @rufus97! Thanks for letting us know you were unable to see the last response that was sent to you. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. I had the chance to get caught up on the pixelation issue you were having and wanted to know if you still wanted to discuss pricing options if you upgraded to X1? If so, please send a private message with your full name and service address as it appears on your billing statement. To send a message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," then click send a message.

Thanks for the PM. The messages I questioned were puzzling because they were similar or even identical to those by "Sprinklr4" which you said above was not legit.

You're welcome, Bruce.  They weren't supposed to be using that account to reply, but there was a problem with the tool they use.  It's fixed now, however.

Re: Xfinity primary ID?

Hello, yes your username/email address and the password associated with it are the same things. If you don't have your primary username you can use this link to look it up! (https://comca.st/3qHJxls) Let me know if you have any further questions.

@BruceW

We're on it and @ComcastJessie is very aware of it.

Thanks.
