Can't Purchase Internet Service at New Address

Hello!

I am a previous customer who needed to cancel their internet service for September due to temporarily moving to a new area without Xfinity. I am now moving into an address where Xfinity is available, but I am unable to search for service at my new address or to choose the option to move my service to a new address. I can search for service in my new area, and choose an appointment time for installation if I am logged out of my old account, but if I log into my account when prompted I am receiving an error message when I try to finalize the booking.

Is there some way I can set up service at my new address using my old Xfinity account? I also tried creating a new account, but was unable to after entering my phone number as it is the same one as on my old account.

Hey there, @user_e5ffc5! I am sorry to hear about the troubles when attempting to move the services over to the new location. We would be happy to investigate the cause of you being unable to setup the services online. If the location has never had services with us, we may have to submit a ticket for the location to be added to our system. Please send us a DM to get started?
