Can’t pay my bill over the phone or online

I am unable to pay my bill online or with automated systems. Why?

Comcast message comes up, “oops something went wrong”. Then has a prompt to refresh. After clicking refresh it just says the same oops message again and again.

Gotcha! Thank you for the details. I recommend clearing your cookies and cache and giving it another try. Do you have our amazing My Account downloaded? Have you tried processing payment there?

I am having the same problem for 2 months trying to pay my bill online and on app. I cleared my cookies and cache and this did not help.

when I login, this message appears: "billing status unavailable"

when I try to make payment this message comes up: "sorry, this isn't working right now".

I called your tech support on this on 1-7-22, got ticket number CR020144540, still don't work.
