Can't manage my plan because I have flex - PLEASE HELP
I viewed another thread where it was suggested that I ask for help in my own new thread. I am unable to Update/Upgrade/View Offers online appearantly because I have Flex on my account. I seems to be a know issue that can be fixed with help from a Comcast community employee. Please help.
