Can't login to my account

I got Xfinity internet service in 2019, but I moved out of my apartment in 2020 because of Covid-19 and stopped using WIFI. Im moving to a new apartment in two days and I want to get Xfinity WIFI service again, then I got a new profile to connect to my old email and now I can't log in. Now I can't log in.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
