When I click on “sign in” the page times out. Anyone else having issues? I can sign in using my phone but I had to turn off my WiFi and use cellular data.

Strange, I reset my modem and router. Everything is fine now.

We did have a known issue going on that was causing looking or time-out issues, and resetting the modem seems to be the best first for this at the moment. If you are also using the app, and are having issues. Some customers have notice improvements by uninstalling and reinstalling the My Account app. We are glad to hear that things are back to nromal.
