Cant log into xfinity account and cant switch between account ids
Per tech’s response to my response in a different thread, i am posting here to create a new ticket.
When i log in, it fails with message “you are logged in but we are unable to access your account details”
i have talked for over 5 hours today with multiple agents in many teams of xfinity yet all they could do were to let me reset things over and over or to restart my computer.

Are you able to see the Peer to Peer chat icon in the upper right corner of the page now?

I still cant find the option to send you DM. I also counldn’t find your name in the DM portabl.

I can see an option in other people’s page such as “comcastjonathan”’s page to send direct message. Have you opt-out’ed from receiving DM in your profile?
