Can't log into account

Hey I haven't been able to log into my account. I attempt to log in and it sends me back to the browser or kicks me out of my account immediately. I have tried restarting my devices, taking down my security/VPN, resetting my email and password, and checking to see if my address is correct (which it is).

Jarambe, Oh no! Let's get this fixed. Just confirmed, you are experiencing this issue with multiple devices? Are you able to log in to the XFINITY app?

It says that I'm signed in successfully but my access isn't authorized

To confirm, what is it saying isn't authorized? Are you logged into the primary or manager account at this time? Viewer profiles are limited on most options.

its just saying unauthorized its not giving me a reason, I can't pay my bill at this rate.
