Can't log in

Since downloading Windows 11 I cannot sign in to the xfinity email link.  It gives me a Malwarebytes error (which I have installed) and I have contacted Malwarebytes and they say they  have "whitelisted" xfinity.com.  However I still cannot log in.  Any suggestions?

I tried all of the above but the only thing that work was to I delete the Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension and that seems to have fixed the problem.  I can now log in.

717buster thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. Let's go ahead and get your access restored. If you are getting an error tied to a specific program, then the issue would almost certainly lie with the configuration of that program in particular. Are you trying to use a link that takes you to your email or a link within your email?

I am using the xfinity.com link. As soon as I access that the error pops up and I can go no farther.

Hi there, buster717! We are happy to further assist you with getting into the email box! I am sorry to hear that is giving you a hard time! This is a link to our email landing page, https://www.xfinity.com/email. It has a direct sign-in button on the page. Can you please visit the page and try that login for me?

If that doesn't work, can you try a different browser or try to use a Private or Incognito browsing window to see if you can log in?
